  • VCTC which has been started in IMA has many facilities. It is with the collaboration with MDACS.  Here HIV screening is done for free and even the T.B suspected patients are send to the nearest Devised Microscopic Centre (DMC) for free sputum testing, & if the patient comes Sputum Positive than the patient is given the treatment of T.B i.e. (DOTs) for free. It has been seen in India that 60% of HIV positive patients have been affected by T.B. and 10% of HIV negative people can be affected by T.B infection. The HIV & AIDS counseling is done for free.
